Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina, Brightwater Yoga is located in the heart of historic downtown Hendersonville. We offer each person who walks through our door the opportunity to experience a life filled with peace, harmony, balance and overall well being.

At Brightwater Yoga, we believe that each of these services has to be experienced to be fully understood. Yoga, for example, is more than a series of physical exercises. It is a personal journey through which one can experience the value of being balanced, centered and coordinated. Through regular practice, the body becomes stronger and more flexible, with a mental clarity and emotional stability that cultivates a new awareness and sensitivity applicable to daily life both on and off the mat. YOGA FOR A HEALTHY BACK 

Maintaining a healthy back is an essential component of leading a happy and engaged life.  Brooke McDade will be offering a Back Care Class beginning Wednesday, Sept. 17th, from 9:30-11:00.  This all level class will focus on how we can incorporate into our yoga practice techniques and principles to keep our backs flexible, strong, and happy.

Join Swami B.V. Tripurari for an uplifting evening exlporing Eastern Spirituality and Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion.  A monk in the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition for 40 years, Swami Tripurari presents traditional teachings in a way relevant and meaningful to modern times.  Friday, October 17, 6:30 PM.  Love Offering.

MINDFUL YOGA
