Free Yoga, Pilates, Yoga-Dance Fusion, Strength & Conditioning, Self-Defense, Lebed Movement, and NIA classes each hour all day!!

In addition, there will be representatives from Hendersonville Holistic Practitioners Network present all day!

Sunday, February 3rd is World Yoga Day.

There will be an additional FREE CLASS at Brightwater Yoga Sunday in celebration of World Yoga Day from 11:00a.m.-1:00 p.m.
